This is how we schedule the 21-Minute conference calls.

Please book mark this page and check back regularly for updates. Don’t forget, if you cannot attend them, a recording will be posted. At each call, you can ask questions, provide advice, or just sit and listen. (All calls are pacific time.)

  • If the group is small enough, Scott will accept personal coaching calls instead of conference calls. You can schedule a call by going to https://www.timetrade.com/book/XZSHK and selecting a time that’s convenient.
  • When large groups are going through the process, Scott will schedule in advance with the group. If not dates are shown on this page, please use the personal coaching option (above)
  • SPECIAL UPDATE: Sometimes, Scott has a very busy travel schedule and cannot oblige his responsibility to attend the conference call – or sometimes you just cannot fit that time into your schedule. In those situations, use your discretion, and feel free to schedule – at no additional charge – one PERSONAL 15 minute phone call with Scott. To do so, please follow this link.

* I will be calling in from speaking engagements on the road so if there is a connection problem, the call will be rescheduled according to #5 below.

A few reminders:

  1.  Long-distance charges, if any, are your responsibility as there is no 800 number.
  2. You do not need to RSVP but if you can, it would help me plan for how many people will be on the line (although we can handle up to 1,000 so don’t worry about being locked out) .
  3. This is a great chance for you to get some specific help. If you have a topic you know would like addressed, send it to me in advance. There is no “agenda” per se so even if you do not have a topic until you call in, we can still discuss what you wish.
  4. If no one dials in within the first 5 minutes of the call, I will end the call. Aside from that, the calls will proceed as planned.
  5. If  you are enrolled during a period when a call has been canceled (such as holidays or specific dates) or I am unable to access a call or I have to reschedule a call,  you will still be allowed to get your full number of calls. If the rescheduled call is after you have completed your 21-day session, you will still be allowed to attend.
  6. If you do not call in, that’s your choice and  that’s fine. However, you will not receive additional calls after your 21-day session ends.
  7. If there is no call, nothing will be emailed. If there is a call, you will receive a link to the recording via email.
